The permission for second protest in front of Hotel Conrad has not been given by Brussles police.
So the only protest against Musharraf’s arrival in Brussels would be as under:

MUSHARRAF MUST GO!
The political crisis in Pakistan is primarily a creation of military rule. Because the army cannot maintain its dominant position in the face of “normal politics”, its agencies work overtime to derail such politics and to undermine any popular leadership. They also encourage local mafias with a view to undermining national parties (since those parties can potentially mobilize the people against the army). The only hope for Pakistan lies in immediately throwing army rule in reverse.
1. Immediate formation of a neutral caretaker regime. This should be a technocratic regime with a very limited and well defined temporary mandate. Justice Wajihuddin should head this government as caretaker president.
2. An immediate application should then be made to the restored Supreme court to provide appropriate legal cover for this exercise, obtaining the necessary time limited legal cover for this purpose.
3. The army, under professional leadership, should publicly and explicitly announce its support for this exercise. General Kiyani can be a transitional chief for this purpose. IF these steps are taken (and they are all possible if the army high command is willing to play its part in saving the country) then the caretaker regime will have instant credibility and habitual conspirators and military agents will be discouraged from launching any adventures.
4. The caretaker regime will form a new election commission (Nawaz Sharif has already suggested Justice Rana Bhagwandas as the CEC, this should be acceptable to all except the habitual conspirators) . The EC will then announce a schedule for fresh elections.
5. These short term steps will immediately and completely change the political atmosphere in the country. The PPP, the PML-N, the ANP, the JUI, the JI and the PTI are all real parties that hope to win significant support in real elections and all these parties can be expected to adjust to the changed atmosphere by moving beyond backroom conspiracies and destabilization and to the extent that the caretaker arrangement is fair and credible, they may all cooperate to stabilize the situation by playing by the rules. The MQM has real support in some pockets, but also has an undemocratic side that may feel threatened by the prospect of rule of law. Their response is harder to predict. The Q league is not a real party and should evaporate the moment their handlers in the military withdraw from the arena. The jihadists who work for the ISI will have to be defanged by the new ISI. The jihadists who are sincerely jihadist and no longer work for the ISI will have to be negotiated with by the new regime. Such negotiation will probably result in ceding some areas in the northwest to local jihadi control with ground rules for cooperation and coexistence being worked out. That will be tough and the negotiations will have to be backed up by willingness to use force to defend the settled areas but not to unnecessarily intervene in the local affairs of the Islamic Emirate. The jihadists will have to figure out how they will deal with the Karzai regime and the US. If they want to fight them, they should expect countermeasures. This is not an easy conundrum, but since the current “government by secret agencies” model is clearly NOT working, we have to give an open negotiation with a democratic govt. a chance. Some confrontation with truly extreme and nihilistic Islamists is inevitable but the current paradigm is the worst possible way of handling that.
The successful operation of a truly neutral caretaker regime, truly free and fair elections and above all, the restoration of a real judiciary under the leadership of the honorable chief justice will itself go very far towards changing the entire atmosphere in Pakistan and the longer constitutional rule is allowed to run, the more stable the arrangement will become.
The people of Pakistan should not be underestimated. Our nation has learned many lessons from decades of military misrule and given half a chance, they can prove the naysayers wrong and may show the world that we can indeed function as a nation of laws. That half a chance can only come if the army high command agrees to pull back from its present disastrous course.

IF THEY WANT TO PROTECT THE PRESIDENT BY CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT WHY DON’T THEY AMEND THE CONSTITUTION TO EMPOWER THE MASSES AT GRASS ROUTE LEVEL BY DECENTRALIZING THE SOLE POWER AT THE CENTRE? WHICH IS BEING EXPLOITED BY THE RULING ELIT.
Since the creation of Pakistan our ruler have turn their faces toward a mighty democratic regime of USA who never proved a real friend of Pakistan, keeping Pakistan as backward state depending on USA and never encourage or help the country in becoming basic welfare state, while providing debt in billions and supplying the readymade product in Pakistan, mean the Pakistan was developed as the market place for American products and an instrument to protect American interest in the region, and FIGHT A PROXI WAR, which our ruler are doing with full loyalty but perhaps the master is not satisfy.
Therefore, USA continues to influence our internal politics and dictating our leaders and institution as well. USA was supporting the feudal politician and weakening the institution, ignoring the real democracy in Pakistan.
At present they (US/NATO) are fighting their war of military/political interest in the region, involving the dependent country like Pakistan, under intimidation of sever consequences to bear, if refuse to support them; The current demand draft of 11 points, submitted by the so-called democratic imperialistic state of USA is a clear sign to a sovereign government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to accept and obey as matter of master’s voice. This act is a kind of intimidation and direct involvement in the internal matter of a sovereign state. This act create a question as if we are really a sovereign state or part and partial of USA.
Because, they want Pakistan to fight and kill his own people under one ploy or another, want to drag them in to the chaos and uncertainty, so that they can further impose more condition on the Pakistani Government to follow them, dip and dip until armed forces of Pakistan loose the trust of the Pakistani people and come openly to fight against own people like they did in east -Pakistan, this is the movement they (USA) are trying and waiting for, so that their, in time financial help to the traitor can play the role to disintegrate the strength of the nuclear Pakistan.
This is a moment invite us all for serious consideration weather to keep our independence in tact or bow down before this mighty evil, democratically bullying to accept the terms and condition of his interest, or in other words be ready to loose our independence for ever.

They use the General Zia- ul- haq, in US war against USSR in Afghanistan , in the name of Islam and killed thousand of Muslim, with fear of dominance of soviet union in the region in general and in Pakistan particularly, unfortunately, when they get their goal of removing the pro USSR government in Afghanistan they killed General Zia along with his friends ,don’t we remember that incident ?.
Now again they are fighting the war of their military and political interest in Afghanistan and wants General Musharaf to support them, killing our own people in the name of Islamic extremist or radicals fighting against or providing moral support to the resistance in Afghanistan.
Now, the internal situation in Pakistan is changing ,therefore they have decided to replace Mr.Musharaf by the so-called democratic forces loyal to them, and arrange the safe return of the leadership of PPP,PML(N) with Musharaf ,who is going to be replace by any of them and takeover the job previously done by the Musharaf along with the help of armed forces.
Now democratic forces under US influence trying to use the constitution to protect Mr.Musharf, to gratify USA, so that he can be relived of his past action, vice versa as Musharaf protect them, from all the wrongdoing of the past and declare them all clear as they did nothing wrong in the past under the name of national Reconciliation process. If they are really champion of democracy and want democracy to flourished. Then, why don’t PPP amend the constitution to empower the downtrodden people of Pakistan at grass route level with decentralization of the power at divisional level. Let people to rule their country according to their aspiration and desire to built this country, which can provide equal opportunity to all without any discrimination for the establishment of welfare society. Only the society base on tolerance, equality and justice can be the real guarantee for the prosperous and strong Pakistan there for your intent is invited to the crucial movement which could be the point of distraction or disaster.
